At Strandhuset I take pride in giving everyone help, for example, to find Langeland's exciting and somewhat secret places. Whether you are on a cycling holiday or want to hike "The Langeland Camino" (15 bulls, 15 mills and 15 parishes), I am happy to find good suggestions. From the breakfast buffet, everyone is allowed to make a packed lunch from the leftovers, and if time permits, I am happy to show you around to good places on the island, all of course spiced up with exciting local stories. The nature on Langeland is very special in many places. Here we can mention Bondegårdsskov, Stigtehave, over 250 "mountains" and countless "breast-shaped hills" popularly called hat hills and remember, Langeland is also beautiful in winter - some even think it is more beautiful.
Beautiful location at Dageløkke
On the west side of Nordlangeland, approximately 10 km south of Lohals and 10 km north of the castle town of Tranekær, Strandhuset B&B is beautifully located just 70 meters from a child-friendly sandy beach and 100 meters from the cozy Dageløkke Marina.
All rooms in Strandhuset have a sea view. From here you can see far out over the water – to the south as far as Langelandsbroen and to the west as far as Elsehoved Lighthouse and Lundeborg. In the winter you can even glimpse the light from Svendborgsundbroen.
Dageløkke har i dag kun 8–10 fastboende, hvilket giver området en særlig ro og charme.
